These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old or have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, and specifications are accurate. However, actual colors may vary depending on the customer's screen settings, photographs are presented for illustrative purposes, and minor variations shall not be considered defects.

4. Prices and Currencies

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected currency (including Swiss Francs - CHF) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during checkout prior to final payment.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.

5. Orders

An order becomes binding once payment has been successfully completed and the customer receives an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud
- Pricing or stock error
- Product unavailability
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

6. Payment

Payments are made using the payment methods available on the website (including TWINT, credit/debit cards, and other secure payment solutions).

Transactions are secured by certified payment providers (including Stripe). da Anunciação Mira - R.U.I. does not store complete customer payment card information.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within Switzerland, the European Union, and internationally.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. da Anunciação Mira - R.U.I. shall not be held liable for delays caused by postal services, carriers, customs clearance procedures, or any event beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

8. Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, the customer is solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or local administrative fees.

9. Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be in their original condition with tags attached
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

10. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

In case of approval, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

11. Defective or Incorrect Products
