Brief description of the product

This jacket, called N-1, was used as a set with trousers made of the same material from World War II to the Korean War as a crew member of the US Navy. As with other deck jackets, cotton grosgrain, usually called “jungle cloth,” is used for the outer material. The navy blue model of N-1 was adopted in 1944, and the khaki model was issued in 1945. In addition to the color, the changes include omitting the alpaca mohair sewn inside the cuffs, simplifying the loops attached to the lining armpits and hem cords, increasing the size of the hem cord eyelets, and changing the armpit eyelets.
